What happens during your 30-minute evaluation: ✓ We meet you and your dog at your home ✓ Assess your dog's behavior, temperament, and training needs ✓ Discuss your lifestyle, goals, and challenges ✓ Observe specific problem behaviors in real-time ✓ Create a personalized training plan with transparent pricing ✓ Answer all your questions about our programs and approach Your $150 evaluation fee is fully credited toward your program if you book within 7 days. What to prepare: - Have all household decision-makers present (if possible) - Have vaccination records available (rabies, DHPP, bordetella) - Think about specific situations where your dog struggles - Your dog should be at normal energy level (don't over-exercise beforehand) Location: We come to you at the address you provide during booking. Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking - Evaluation fee: $150 (non-refundable) - Payment required at time of booking - Your $150 is fully credited toward your training program if you book within 7 days of your evaluation - If you choose not to move forward, the $150 covers the professional assessment and expert recommendations you receive Scheduling & Availability - Evaluations are 30 minutes and conducted at your home - Available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; select Saturdays by request - Service area: Charlotte, Concord, Mooresville, and Huntersville, NC - Travel beyond our service area may incur additional fees (contact us for details) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule - Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule - Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): 50% refund ($75) or reschedule with $75 fee - No-shows: Forfeit entire $150 evaluation fee - To cancel or reschedule: Text (704) 213-5429 or use the link in your confirmation email - Weather-related cancellations: We'll reschedule at no charge Requirements for Evaluation Your dog must: ✓ Be current on vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, bordetella) ✓ Be on regular flea/tick prevention ✓ Have no contagious illnesses or parasites You must: ✓ Provide accurate home address and working phone number ✓ Have vaccination records available for our review ✓ Disclose any behavioral issues (biting history, aggression, etc.) before we arrive ✓ Have all household decision-makers present (highly recommended) ✓ Ensure your dog is at normal energy level (don't over-exercise beforehand) What to Expect During Your Evaluation We will: - Meet you and your dog at your home - Observe your dog's behavior in their natural environment - Discuss your lifestyle, goals, and specific challenges - Watch problem behaviors in real-time (if applicable) - Assess your dog's temperament, energy level, and learning style - Recommend the appropriate training program with transparent pricing - Answer all your questions about our methods and approach Duration: 30 minutes (please allow up to 45 minutes for Q&A) Program Qualification Not all dogs are appropriate for our board & train programs. We work with behavior challenges (leash pulling, jumping, recall issues, manners), but we do not work with: - Dogs with a bite history involving humans - Severe dog or cat aggression (has caused injuries) - Extreme separation anxiety (self-harm, destructive
