Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Availability - Consultations are 30 minutes and scheduled Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm EST - We call you from (704) 213-5429 at your selected time - Please be available and in a quiet place where you can talk Cancellations & Rescheduling - Need to reschedule? Please give us at least 2 hours notice - No-shows: If we call and you don't answer, we'll try once more. After that, you'll need to reschedule - Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice): We may not be able to accommodate same-week rescheduling What to Expect - This is a phone conversation—not a training session - We'll discuss your dog's needs and which program fits best - We won't troubleshoot specific behaviors on the call (that's what our in-home evaluation is for) - If we're a good fit, we'll schedule your paid evaluation ($150) Questions?
