Not sure where to start with training? Let’s talk. In this free 30-minute virtual consultation, we’ll get to know your dog, hear about your goals, and answer your questions. Whether you’re dealing with problem behaviors or just want a better-behaved pup, we’ll give you real advice—not a sales pitch—and walk you through what working with us looks like. No pressure, just honest guidance and a clear plan forward.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a virtual consultation or lesson with A Dog’s Life, here’s how to make the most of your time with us: Where we’ll meet: You’ll receive a video call link ahead of time. Please check your internet connection, camera, and audio before we begin so we can get started smoothly. Be on time: Log in a few minutes early so we can jump right in. Whether we’re talking through goals, troubleshooting behavior, or mapping out next steps, your full attention helps us give you the most value. Dog involvement: Your dog doesn’t need to be present the whole time. Some sessions are all about strategy and structure. If we do want to see something hands-on, we’ll let you know when it’s time to bring them in. Cancellations: Need to reschedule? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited session credit. Tech issues: If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. If there’s a tech issue on your side (no show, no access, etc.), we may not be able to reschedule without advance notice. We’re here to give you real support, wherever you are. Let’s make it a productive, pressure-free session.
